Aditya Roy Kapur, a Bollywood actor who is an advocate of a healthy diet and lifestyle, has admitted that he once ate an entire half-kilo tub of ice cream in one sitting.
I’m on a diet most of the time, but I always allow myself a cheat meal once in a while so that I may eat everything I want. Having one or two servings of ice cream is pointless. And ice cream has the same weight as air.
Aditya, who made his acting debut in 2009’s London Dreams, shot to fame with 2013’s rom-com sequel Aashiqui 2, and has since appeared in films like Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani, Daawat-e-Ishq, Fitoor, Ok Jaanu, Kalank, Ludo, and The Night Manager on Netflix.
While promoting his forthcoming film “Gumraah,” he gave some fitness advice on Kapil’s show. The film opens with a murder and centres on the search for justice and the identity of the murderer. Mrunal Thakur stars as the detective Shivani Mathur who is determined to uncover the truth behind the crime. The original film, “Thadam,” was released in Tamil in 2019. Aditya, alongside Ronit Roy and Deepak Kalra, stars in the new film “Gumraah” in a dual role.
To promote their new film, “Gumraah,” Aditya Roy Kapur, Mrunal Thakur, and Deepak Kalra, as well as the film’s composers, Mithoon and Vishal Mishra, made an appearance on “The Kapil Sharma Show” as special guests.
