Kareena Kapoor Khan discusses how she and her children, Taimur and Jeh, deal with the spotlight constantly being on them

Despite their glossy public personas, not even A-list celebrities are immune to the stresses of motherhood. Kareena Kapoor Khan and Saif Ali Khan have two boys, Taimur and Jeh, who are constantly the subject of media attention.
Kareena was recently asked by a media outlet if all the attention paid to her sons Taimur and Jeh gets on her nerves. The actor quickly responds that she and Saif are both very transparent and have never kept anything from the press regarding their parenting style. She feels her kids are being photographed because she believes that if she treats people with respect, they will treat her with respect. Also, she can’t just come out out and ask for it. Kareena believes that her privacy will be respected if she is treated fairly by those around her. Kareena was adamant that the strategy had been successful for them.
The 42-year-old actress also revealed that the paparazzi had complied with her requests that they not photograph her children while they are at school or with friends. Kareena thinks it’s important for us to have an agreement because she deserves respect if she shows it to us.
Since becoming a mother, though, her priorities have shifted, and she can only take on so much work at a time. Kareena maintains that, despite her reputation as a multitasking, do-it-all type of person, her primary role is that of a mother. That’s what she did for the first half of her life, before switching to acting. The Bollywood superstar currently views her role as 70% mother and 30% actress. She also feels compelled to pursue the activities that bring her the most joy, such as advocating for the value of reading to youngsters.
