Salman Khan and the cast and crew of Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan gather for a special screening
On Thursday, a day before its Eid release, Salman Khan was scheduled to host a screening of his upcoming film. The event was postponed as Yash Chopra‘s wife, Pamela, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday morning.
The producers rescheduled the showing for early Friday morning, but only a small number of people showed up. Some of Bollywood‘s biggest names, including Sajid Nadiadwala, Riteish Deshmukh, Alvira Khan, Aayush Sharma and Arpita Khan Sharma, Pooja Hegde, Bhumika Chawla, Shehnaaz Gill, Palak Tiwari, Shweta Tiwari, Raghav Juyal, Vinali Bhatnagar, and Himesh Reshammiya, were spotted at the screening. Family-friendly fun is promised in Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan, directed by Farhad Samji.
Advance ticket sales have been disappointing. However, industry experts predict the picture will perform well at independent theatres and small multiplexes. Considering it stars Salman Khan, the movie’s advance ticket sales are disappointingly low at around 60k.
After an absence of four years, Salman will finally return to the big screen with this film. Tiger, the espionage role he last appeared in, was in Shah Rukh Khan’s Pathaan. His brief appearance was well received, and his connection with SRK made everyone feel like they were watching a Karan-Arjun scene.
Salman Khan, Pooja Hegde, Bhumika Chawla, Shehnaaz Gill, Palak Tiwari, Shweta Tiwari, Raghav Juyal, Vinali Bhatnagar, and Himesh Reshammiya were all sighted at the special screening of this film.
