When Kriti Sanon saw the trailer for Adipurush in the theatre, she was terrified

Kriti holds her own in the Adipursh trailer, which also features Prabhas and Saif Ali Khan. Kriti spoke during the trailer’s release event about her excitement at joining the cast. The teaser gave her chills, and she remarked, “I am very emotional today, because this is not just a movie, but much more than that.” Something extraordinary happened to us while producing this film.
She also complimented the film‘s director, Om Raut, for casting her as Mata Sita. She expressed gratitude to Om for seeing her in her Janaki identity. You had faith in me to play the part, even though only a select few performers ever got the chance to do so. I realise how fortunate I am.
I’ve dedicated my entire being to Janaki. Even though I was confident going into the part, I found out surprising things about the character as filming progressed. She has a strong mind and heart and a genuine, kind spirit. Pain, but not terror, can be seen in my poster as well. I felt a tremendous amount of emotion. We’re just people here, so please have mercy on us if we make mistakes,” she said.
Kriti will also appear in Ganapath, The Crew, and a yet-unnamed film starring Shahid Kapoor after Adipurush.
