Exclusive: Manoj Bajpayee wants to play Shrikant Tiwari again in The Family Man

The second season of Manoj Bajpayee‘s over-the-top (OTT) smash The Family Man was so successful that it broke the curse of large series failing horribly the second time around. Raj & DK, the show’s creators, left viewers on a cliffhanger at the end of season two, almost confirming that season three will focus on China.
ETimes has an exclusive update on the situation, and production on the show is expected to begin before the year’s conclusion. Manoj confirmed the same by saying, “We have already discussed the remuneration part, and my lawyers would soon be receiving the contract.”
He continued, “All of us are desperate to go back on the sets of The Family Man, and I can’t wait to become Shrikant Tiwari.” Suparn Varma, who co-directed the second season, will take the wheel for the third.Manoj is now promoting Sirf Ek Bandaa Kafi Hai, his upcoming film that is based on true events. Asaram Bapu, whose life the film purports to be based on, has filed a lawsuit against the filmmakers.
