At a prayer meet for Mukesh Chhabra’s mum, celebrities including Mukti Mohan, Nupur Sanon, and Anup Soni expressed their sorrow

Mother of well-known casting director Mukesh Chhabra, Kamla Chhabra, died on Thursday after a long battle with sickness. In age, she was 73. On Sunday, the Chharas gathered for a prayer service to honour Kamla’s life and legacy of love, laughter, goodness, and generosity.
There were many famous people present to express their condolences to the Chhabra family and their friends and relatives, including Mukti Mohan, Nupur Sanon, Anup Soni, and Mahesh Shetty.
Many famous actors and actresses were observed entering the event, including Anupam Kher, Shabana Azmi, Chunky Panday, Boney Kapoor, Rajkumat Santoshi, Sonu Sood, Rajkummar Rao, Kartik Aaryan, Sussanne Khan, Arslan Goni, Ashoke Pandit, Sanjana Sanghi, and Kartik Aaryan.
Kamla was admitted to Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital after being bedridden for three weeks. In the past three days, her condition has worsened to the point where she has been unconscious. No amount of medical attention could save her. The hospital was where she took her final breath.
On Friday morning, at the Oshiwara crematorium, the body was cremated. Kabir Khan, Imtiaz Ali, Hansal Mehta, Sudhir Mishra, Sunny Kaushal, and Bhushan Kumar were just some of the famous faces spotted leaving their condolences. They were also comforting Mukesh, who was inconsolable over the death of his mother.
