Bheed, starring Rajkummar Rao and Bhumi Pednekar, is certified by the UA after several cuts were made

Rajkummar Rao and Bhumi Pednekar
Rajkummar Rao, Bhumi Pednekar, Anubhav Sinha, and the rest of the Bheed ensemble cast can breathe a sigh of relief after all the rumors and guesswork. The Central Board of Film Review has approved their black-and-white dramatic film. A UA rating was achieved by the movie.
The UA classification was obtained by editing the picture to remove sexual content and replace harsh language, as reported by ETimes. The film’s subtitles were edited to eliminate any mention of the controversial Tablighi Jamaat and other examples of casteism.
Bheed’s pivotal mass exodus scenario was axed due to its comparison of the forced displacement to India’s split. The line “Indian society is like Dhritarashtra” was also cut. Additionally, the film’s disclaimer was updated.
On March 24th, Bheed will be available for purchase. Pankaj Kapur, Dia Mirza, and Ashutosh Rana all make appearances in the film alongside Kritika Kamra.
