Ranbir Kapoor remembers his ‘Rockstar’ days as he signs fan’s guitar; tells boy, ‘I used to play a little, but I’ve forgotten now’

Ranbir Kapoor, a new father and a major star in Bollywood, has been keeping a busy schedule between his home and the sets of his movies as he cares for his daughter Raha. The hottie made time in his busy schedule to meet a young fan, making the kid’s day. In a video that’s been shared millions of times online, R. Kelly assumes his fatherly role to encourage his young student to keep up with his guitar practise. In this clip, the young fan presents Ranbir with his guitar for an autograph. Actor writes a sweet love note to the guitar and signs it, reflecting on his time spent learning the instrument for his role in Imtiaz Ali’s “Rockstar.” Ranbir says, “I used to play a little, but I’ve forgotten now.” while strumming the chords. Then he asks the young boy, “Yeh thoda off-tune hain na?” before urging him to play a few chords. After taking in the boy’s performance, he encourages him to “keep learning, don’t stop.” When playing Jordan, a musician, in the film “Rockstar,” Ranbir reportedly studied guitar in order to better portray him. To express his adoration for the instrument, he frequently strummed chords wherever he went. Ranbir is busy promoting his latest film, the romantic comedy Tu Jhooti Main Makkar. The filming of ‘Animal,’ in which he also participated, just finished. Reports suggest the actor who portrayed Sanjay Dutt in the biopic “Sanju” will next play cricketer Saurav Ganguli in a film about the athlete’s life.
