As ‘Roop Ki Rani Choron Ka Raja’ celebrates 30 years, Anil Kapoor reminisces about working with Sridevi and Satish Kaushik
As ‘Roop Ki Rani Choron Ka Raja’ celebrates its 30th anniversary today, veteran performer Anil Kapoor, who is getting ready for the release of his action flick ‘Fighter,’ took to social media to share nostalgic memories with Sridevi, Satish Kaushik.
Sharing a number of nostalgic photos from the set of ‘Roop Ki Rani Choron Ka Raja’ on his Instagram account. Sridevi, Satish Kaushik, and the rest of the cast pose for a stunning group photo.
The caption Anil included with the photo said, “A film that might not have done well at the box office but was made with all heart…starring my pal Satish, who directed…Thirty years ago….my buddy shot the songs and the train robbery wonderfully. Every assignment should be treated as an opportunity to grow and be treasured, in my opinion. #30yearsofRoopKiRaniChoronKaRaja”
Many of Satish Kaushik’s friends, colleagues, and peers recently gathered to celebrate his life on the occasion of his birthday thanks to Anupam Kher’s efforts.
Before taking the stage, Anil Kapoor admitted, “I was preparing myself, how do I go?” Please don’t make me weep. I flew in because Kapoor was filming elsewhere when Satish died and I wasn’t there. I miss his daily morning phone calls very much. Never again will Satish call me “Kapoor saab.” Formerly, my response was, “Kaushik saab ki jai ho.” Now who can I whine to about Anupam?
