Sharing a glimpse into her workout mode, Shilpa wrote, “My routine today was the Lower Body Targeted Cardio Drill. The hamstrings, quadriceps, and glutes get a good workout, and the cardiovascular system benefits as well. You can use this routine as a cooldown after weight training or as a final exercise in a leg day routine. But timing is essential. A good example would be “You can do three or more reps for a full minute each.”
